The university is now called Université Paris Cité. The decree modifying the legal name was signed by the Prime Minister and published in the Journal Officiel dated March 4, 2022.
The University of Paris was born. The decree on the creation of this new University of Paris was published in the Official Journal on March 21, 2019. It is the result of a union between the two universities Paris Descartes and Paris Diderot, and the Institute of Physics of the Globe from Paris.
